For best results, we suggest using a hard-shell phone case when placing your Universal CLCKR onto a case. Unfortunately, the Universal CLCKR glue will not adhere to Silicone or Fabric cases.

If you have a glass back device, we suggest using the clear film included in the packaging. Stick this to your device and then stick the CLCKR on top. This will ensure that the CLCKR stays in place and does not fall off. Unfortunately, this does not apply for iPhone 11 Pro/ iPhone 11 Pro Max devices.

For devices without a glass back, you can stick the CLCKR directly to the device. Just remove the film on the back of the CLCKR and stick in the desired position.

This all depends on how old the CLCKR is. We suggest removing the CLCKR from the case or device you no longer want to use it on. Wet the back of the CLCKR with clean water, do NOT dry as you don’t want fibers to stick to the glue, leave to air dry this will reactivate the adhesive. Then stick to the new case/ device as you desire. Please note, this does not apply to Silicone/ Fabric cases or the iPhone 11 Pro/ iPhone 11 Pro Max.

We have tested our Cases and Universals and they all work with a Certified QI wireless charger. Please ensure you’re using a high-quality charger and the phone is placed in the correct position. If using the Universal on a phone case, the thickness of the phone case can determine if the wireless charging will work or not due to the distance from the charger.

We’ve found that over time, the CLCKR becomes more loose making it easier to click into place. New products may need a bit more force when clicking into place as they may be stiff from being manufactured. Try clicking one side in before the other, instead of both at the same time. This should give a secure hold.
